By creating an account, accessing, or using DATA EDGE BET's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.

DATA EDGE BET provides sports analytics, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights for informational and educational purposes. Our services include:

• Advanced statistical models and predictive analytics
• Real-time game data and historical trends
• Player performance metrics and injury reports
• Team analysis and matchup breakdowns
• Customizable dashboards and data visualization tools

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription Plans: We offer weekly and monthly subscription plans with different tiers of access and features.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be charged on the same day each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our analytics are based on statistical models and historical data
• Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable
• You should never wager more than you can afford to lose
• Gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction
• We are not liable for any losses incurred from betting activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary content
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services

All content, features, and functionality of DATA EDGE BET, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, analytics models, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
